Shanna holds a BA in Liberal Studies from CSU, Sacramento. She has worked in public schools, the fitness industry, childcare, preschool, children’s ministry, and most recently was the Director of Financial Aid at a small private college. Shanna is a busy  mother of 2 amazing athletic teenage boys and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 19 years and counting.
